The EDGE Speed & Conditioning Summer Camps
Speed Camp
Increase your 40 yard time, improve your ability to accelerate, quicker starts and more explosive straight line movement, improve your overall running mechanics.  
Speed Camp Dates (both Medina and Twinsburg locations)
June 14-17
July 5-8
July 12-15

Times:  8-11 year olds (Jr. Edge) 10am-11:30am
             12-17 year olds (MS/HS) 11:30am-1pm
Cost:  $90 for the first EDGE Camp ($80 for each additional camp)
 
Conditioning Camp
Use proven techniques and drills to get yourself in great shape, understand basic nutrition and create a plan for execution, get in better playing shape before the start of your season.
Ages 12-17 (Younger athletes must have the permission of our EDGE trainers to register for the camp

July 19-22
Camp Time:  10:30am-12pm

Jr Edge Membership (Ages 8-11)
On-field coaching will train basic movement mechanics to increase athleticism, flexibility, conditioning, strength and to prevent or decrease poor movement habits.  There will also be moderate nutrition coaching.

Speed and Agility 
(Ages:  Middle School 11-14 and High School/College 14+)
On-field coaching will train detailed movement mechanics for straight line speed, change of direction, jumping mechanics, deceleration, explosiveness and conditioning.

Instructional Strength Training Program

(Ages:  Middle School 11-14 and High School/College 14+)
Classes will teach athletes strength training and the proper use of weight room equipment.  Athletes will learn techniques, resistance training, and other strength exercises.  Both middle school and high school groups will concentrate on age appropriate concepts of strength training and nutrition.
Cost:  $99 for 8-session program (2 days a week for 4 weeks)
*All athletes are eligible for this program but ALL middle school athletes must participate in this program before access to the weight room is allowed 
 
The Edge Personal Training:
Adult Training-  Individual exercise prescription, guidance with nutrition/diet, increase flexibility, improve quality of life while changing body composition
Athlete Training-  Increased resiliency to injury, increase explosiveness and power, increase speed and agility, nutritional guidance for optimal performance, increase range of motion and flexibility.
Cost:  One on one session:  $60/hour, $35/half-hour
          Two on one session:  $80/hour
 
Sport Specific Speed, Strength and Conditioning Programs (Medina Only)
 Pinnacle will be offering two sessions of EDGE Speed, Strength and Conditioning training to all of our young soccer, baseball and softball players this winter as an add-on to their program. These 6-week introductory physical training programs will be offered at the Medina location on Mondays (Softball 5-5:50pm) (Baseball 6-6:50pm) (Soccer 7-7:50pm) Thursdays (Lacrosse 6-6:50).  Session I starts November 9th & Session II starts January 11th. Cost for each 6 week session is $30 for Pinnacle class participants ($50 for those not in Pinnacle classes). If interested, please check the box in the registration form and include the additional payment with your class registration fees. This training will focus on increasing speed and agility, improve movement mechanics & improve overall athletic conditioning and stamina. The training will also focus on nutrition/diet and ensure bodies are more resilient to injury. 
 
The Edge Team Training:
The Edge Team Training program is a highly successful tool for teams to gain a competitive edge in their particular sport and to supplement current fitness programs.  Our staff will work with you and your coaching staff in developing a customized skill specific training and conditioning program that supplements your existing program while energizing your athletes for the season.
Cost to be determined based on customized program
 
If you want the option to just have access to our Fitness Center, this is for you (or your child).  Experience our supervised weight room with unlimited usage during scheduled hours.  Contact us for further information.  
Cost:  $35/month (no contracts or extra fees)

Volleyball Specific- Challenge Training

This program will develop greater levels of strength, conditioning, and
agility for all participants above and beyond what they are currently receiving
in their base training. Athletes will concentrate on developing their movement
mechanics, balance, and explosiveness which is so crucial for successful
on-court performance. The training is intentionally designed to be exhilarating,
demanding and highly rewarding.
Cost: $40 per month or $10 per training session
PINNACLE- MEDINA: Sundays 8-9 PM
February 7-28; March 7-28; April 11-25(3 weeks- $30); May 2-30
PINNACLE- TWINSBURG: Fridays 7-8PM
