Instructional Jump Rope Class
The HEARTBEATS are members of the United States Amateur Jump Rope Federation and the Amateur Athletic Union. The HEARTBEATS compete for recognition at the regional, national and international levels. Giving back to the community has always been a major goal of the HEARTBEATS including performances each year for schools and other community organizations. The team has sponsored and participates in jump rope clinics throughout the United States and Canada. FALL Sessions September 10 - October 24 (7 week session)
