What can I do at Pinnacle?
Pinnacle offers classes, leagues, clinics, camps and training for youth and adult in various sports. Check out our sports home pages for more details. We also offer birthday parties, field rentals, meeting space and outings for your organization, business or family.
How do I register/Sign-up for programs?
All program registration forms are located in PDF form under each sport page and class which can be downloaded and mailed. You can call us and we can register you over the phone. Or, you can register online through your MySAM Account.
What is MySAM? Do I pay extra for it? What benefits does it have?
MySAM is our company's operating system which allows you access to information online. This FREE service allows you to view class, game, and field schedules online, you can register and pay for classes online and will e-mail you class, game and rental reminders on a weekly basis. This is great for instant access to the information and even better for those of you who have multiple children in multiple classes here at Pinnacle.
What is the cost of renting fields, cages or rooms at Pinnacle?
The retail prices per hour for field, cage and room rentals are as follows:
Soccer Fields: $100 (Retail) Soccer Field-Mini: $50 (Retail) Baseball/Softball Field: $175 (Retail) Batting Cages: $35 w/pitching machine (hour) $25 no machine (hour)
$20 w/pitching machine (1/2 hour)
$15 no machine (1/2 hour)
Lounge or Party Room: $25 Upstairs: $25 per side Volleyball Court: $25 Basketball Court: $50 *For multiple rentals or “off-season” rentals call for pricing. If a class is for a certain age range, and my son/daughter is a little too young or a little too old, can they still participate in that class?
In our programming, we use age as a guideline to place participants in classes. However, we use skill level to determine which class might be the most appropriate for their ability. This is done through a conversation with the parent and the program director to place the child appropriately. Once class has started, adjustments may be necessary for appropriate placement.
Do you have to be a member at Pinnacle to participate?
Currently we do not have a membership program. Anyone is free to participate in all programs.
Are there special discounts for having multiple siblings enrolled?
Discounts include: Siblings 10% off of the second + child. Multiple classes in the same session (taken off lower fee) 10% off of the second + class.
Current hours are 9:00 am – 9:00 pm M-F and 9:00 – 1:00 pm on Saturdays and closed Sundays. Hours will change as seasons change.
Do you have a lost and found?
Lost and Found is located east side of the entrance of the main arena next to the glass doors in a large, white, wooden box.
Is there a fitness area to work out?
There are two sports performance companies that are located inside Pinnacle Sports. Evolve Sports Performance and the Sports Performance Institute (SPi) can be found by going to our affiliates page on the website.
Do I have to stay at Pinnacle while my kids are playing?
You can chose either to stay and watch any activity your child may be participating or you may drop them off with the assurance that they will be supervised and safe. Pinnacle Sports will always have personnel at the front desk during program hours. Safety is paramount at Pinnacle Sports. We pride ourselves in knowing our participants and their families. Coaches and program personnel are hired knowing that each child that comes into the building will be treated with respect and dignity.
Do you sell any sports equipment?
We have a limited supply of essentials for soccer players. We have shin guards, socks, tape and pre-wrap. We also sell water bottles, tote bags, clip boards, sweatshirts and hats.
Does Pinnacle have a place to buy food?
We have a complete, full-serve concession stand with pretzels, hot dogs, popcorn, Slushies, Dip N’ Dots and a wide assortment of beverages. Look for healthier choices such as fruit, veggies and dip, salads and deli-sandwiches. We also house a full serve, specialty coffee kiosk by Bear Creek Coffee.
Do you offer gymnastics?

If my son or daughter already plays with their community team, can they still participate in a Pinnacle program/class?
Absolutely, Pinnacle is open to all who wish to participate at any skill level.
Can we just come in and use your facility?
No, Pinnacle has regularly scheduled classes, training and leagues along with rentals. However, we do offer an Open Gyms and Open Houses. Please call for a schedule.
What is your payment policy for classes?
What is your refund policy?
Requests for refunds must be made in writing (mail, e-mail, fax) and received by Pinnacle Sports prior to the starting date of the event scheduled. There will be no refunds given after the start of the event except for uncontrollable circumstances. These may include, but are not limited to: injury, extended illness, life altering events, etc. These will not include, but are not limited to: schedule conflicts, lack of participation, decision not to come to the event, acts of God, etc. In the case of an authorized refund, a credit toward future Pinnacle Sports programs may be issued with no processing fee. Otherwise, a $25 processing fee will be charged to ALL refund requests. No refunds will be given for fees of $25 or less. A full refund will be given for all programs or events cancelled by Pinnacle Sports (no written request is required) EXCEPT for acts of God. Credit card refunds will be processed within one week of the request. Cash and check refunds will be processed within four weeks of the request. All returned checks and declined credit cards will be subject to a $25 handling charge. What is your waiver/photo policy?
I agree to abide by all rules and waive all claims against Pinnacle Sports.
I agree that my child’s photo may be used in future Pinnacle Sports publicity.
What is your rental policy?
All rentals – field, cages and room – will be subject to payment in full prior to the rental. If the customer prefers to pay the day of the rental then a credit card must be secured in order to hold the rental. Rentals will not be held unless payment is made in full or a credit card is on file.Cancellations to field rentals must be made 24 hours prior to the rental and cancellations to cage rentals must be made two hours prior to the rental or the entire fee of the rental will be charged to the credit card on hold.There have been many instances when customers have “rented” a cage or field and have been a no show. This creates operational and financial issues for Pinnacle including the potential rental of an additional customer and in some cases, staff and building expenses. |
