JOB TITLE:    Sponsorship & Corporate Sales

RESPONSIBLE TO: Sales Director

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop, plan and manage all levels of sponsorship opportunities for Pinnacle Sports including corporate sales

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Implement Pinnacle Sports Sponsorship and Corporate Sales Plan while constantly developing, redefining and molding the plan
  • Plan, negotiate and initiate new business opportunities in the area of sponsorships and corporate sales
  • Work with sales and program development team to identify integrated sponsorship opportunities
  • Manage sponsorship fulfillment of all sponsorship accounts
  • Manage all aspects of corporate sales and opportunities including networking, outings, meetings, retreats, leagues, etc.
  • Be the corporate ambassador for Pinnacle Sports
  • Identify and develop new client business while always continuing to develop a robust sales culture within the company
  • Have knowledge of all programs and facilities Pinnacle Sports has to offer and be able to answer all questions from customers

JOB TITLE:    Sales Representative

 

STATUS:        Exempt (Full and Part Time positions available)

 

SALARY:       $10,000 - $16,000 with opportunities for commission

 

DATE:             July 7, 2008

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Mature, capable, enthusiastic, ambitious, self motivated, strong people skills, strong verbal and written communication skills

·         Passion for sports/athletics, passion for youth development and desire to help build the mission of Pinnacle Sports

·        Good character, organized, integrity, adaptability, sense of humor

·        Outgoing, creative, out of the box thinker

·        College degree with concentration on sales, marketing or sports management preferred

·        Sales experience required, sports marketing or sales with concentration on group and/or special event sales preferred

·        Ability to accept guidance and supervision

·        Ability to work as part of a team

·        Hard working, willing to sacrifice for growth of company

 

RESPONSIBLE TO: Sales Director

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: To implement the Pinnacle Sports sales process concentrating on prospective customers, current customer relations, marketing/public relations, promotions and account management.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILTIES:

  • Implement Pinnacle Sports Sales Plan and Process as an ambassador for Pinnacle Sports
  • Have knowledge of all programs and facilities Pinnacle Sports has to offer and be able to answer all questions from customers

Serve as Manager On Duty as needed and scheduled with the rest of the Pinnacle Sports Staff

  • Prospective Customers
    • Acquire and manage new customer lists
    • Develop a set number of new leads per week
    • Cold call perspective customers
    • Coordinate and conduct a minimum of five tours per week
    • Coordinate and conduct a minimum of four group tours/meetings/open houses per month
  • Current Customer Relations
    • Maintain accurate customer information through Sports-IT, Constant Contact or other company databases
    • Send marketing materials via email, newsletters, US mail and other avenues based on designated schedule
    • Conduct sales calls based on designated schedule
    • Deliver expedient responses to customer inquiries (within 24 hours)
  • Marketing/Public Relations
    • Create at least three feasible and innovative new marketing or public relations opportunities monthly
    • Obtain multiple customer testimonials monthly
    • Maintain current flyers through entire Pinnacle Sports facility
  • Promotions
    • Create and implement new and innovative promotional/special events for Pinnacle Sports (at least one per month)
    • Create and implement contests, giveaways, etc. to attract new customers (at least one per month)         
  • Account Management
    • Adhere to established pricing and discount schedule providing constant input
    • Become fluid in the use of Sports-IT, Constant Contact, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook and any other technology needed to perform tasks
    • Deliver follow-up letters and notes within designated sales process time frame
