Softball Fundamentals (Ages 7-11)    Class will focus on teaching players more about the game of softball while working on hitting, catching & throwing.  Each class will consist of 90 minutes of skills training and live game situations.  This program is designed for ages 7-11 who are wanting to have a positive & enjoyable experience while improve their skills.

Hit, Run, Score (Ages 7-10)    Program is a 90 minute class that will focus on skills training & game play.  Players will rotate through a series of skills for 45 minutes & play a live game on the field for 45 minutes.  Program is designed for those who have played at least 1 year of softball who are looking to improve on their skills.

Building the Perfect Swing         Program will focus on all of the basics that make a great hitter.  Learn and work on the 12 fundamental parts of the swing.  This program is designed for the Intermediate hitter.

Advanced Hitting     Program will focus on hitting the “junk”, off speed pitches, raise balls, screw balls, and curves.  Learn situational hitting and going to all fields with the pitch, along with the mental aspect of hitting.  This class is designed for the Middle School & High School player. 

Players must have taken “Building the Perfect Swing” or be recommended by the Director of Softball.

Elite Hitting    Program is designed to help players with their timing and mechanics against live pitching.  Among the areas covered are improving timing, zone hitting & live batting practice.  These proven drills along with area pitchers will help to improve the players  hitting skills by adding the human factor to the class.  This class is designed for the Travel ball & High School player. 

Players must have taken “Advanced Hitting”  in the previous session or be recommended by the Director of Softball.

Slap Hitting Program will focus on the sequence of slap hitting by walking through the proper  positions, footwork, hand motion, body movement and types of slaps.

Beginning Pitching     Program will focus on all aspects of pitching: grip, mechanics, motion, spin,accuracy, speed, fielding the position & the mental approaches.  Its recommended that pitchers bring a catcher to class.

Intermediate/Advanced Pitching      Program will focus on perfecting the pitching motion for speed and accuracy along with developing and perfecting different types of pitches.  Learn mental and strategical approaches to take your game to the next level.  Its recommended that pitchers bring a catcher to class.

Beginning Catching   Program will focus on all aspects of catching: receiving, blocking, throwing, along with the “secrets” that make a difference in the game.  Must  have catchers equipment.

Intermediate/Advanced Catching  Program will focus on perfecting basic catching techniques along with learning proper footwork, fielding bunts & pop ups, calling a game and the mental aspects of catching. Must have catchers equipment.

Middle School Complete Player Training Program is 90 minutes consisting of 45 minutes of offense training and 45 minutes of defensive training.  Offense will cover hitting, bunting, base running, stealing & sliding.  Defense will cover catching, throwing, footwork at the bases and infield & outfield training.  This program is designed for the Middle School player to prepare them for the next level.

High School Defensive Training This training is the most comprehensive offseason defensive training program in our area.  Each workout is 60 minutes of training consisting of detailed defensive training.  This program is designed for the High School player to prepare them for their High School season.
