January 2nd-February 20th, 2012 (7 week Session)
Little Tots Baseball (Ages 3-5)Program will teach the FUNdamentals of baseball & softball as well as basic motor development & coordination. This class will help develop motor function and hand eye coordination. Parent participation. Boys & girls welcome.

Intro to Baseball (Ages 5-7) Our Intro to Baseball/Softball program is an introductory class that will focus on learning more about baseball & softball fundamentals. Players will learn proper fielding, catching & hitting techniques along with base running and base recognition. Boys and girls welcome.

Hit, Run, Score (Ages 7-8, 9-10 & 11-12) Program is a 90 minute class that will focus on skills training & game play. Players will rotate through a series of skills for 45 minutes & play a live game on the field for 45 minutes. There are three levels to choose.
Intro level is designed for ages 7-8 who are beginning or have played only 1 year of coach pitch

Major league level is designed for ages 11-12 who have played 1 or more years of kid pitch.

Developmental Hitting (Ages 6-8) Program is a beginning hitting class that will focus on the basic fundamentals of the swing. Class is designed for the T-ball or Coach Pitch player, learning the basics of hitting. Boys & girls welcome.

Developmental Hitting (Ages 9-12) Program is an intermediate hitting class that will work on continuing to develop
the swing. Players will rotate through a series of drills learning proper technique to improve their swing.

Developmental Pitching (Ages 9-12) Program is a beginner/intermediate pitching class. Class will focus on proper techniques from stance to follow through. This class will also introduce learning to hold runners, pick offs and fielding the position.

Developmental Catching (Ages 9-12) Program is a beginner/intermediate catcher class. Class will focus on all aspects of catching including receiving, blocking & throwing. Must have catchers equipment.

Advanced Catchers Club Program is an advanced catching class that will teach the skills needed to become a well polished catcher. Class will focus on all aspects of catching including blocking, receiving, throwing, calling a game, fielding bunts and footwork. Class is designed for Middle School & High School players. Must have catchers equipment.

Complete Player Training Program is the most comprehensive training program in our area. Each workout consists of 90 minutes of high intensity training covering all facets of the game of baseball. The workouts include position specific training along with infield, outfield, hitting, fielding, base running and speed & agility training. This training is like no other and is an excellent springboard for players looking for an edge on their upcoming season. Program is designed for Middle School and High School players.

Advanced Hitters Club Program is an advanced hitting class that will focus on all aspects of hitting including lower body mechanics & bat speed development for power. Players will rotate through a series of stations while coaches look for any common factors to correct. Class is designed for Middle School & High School players.

Advanced Pitchers Club Program is an advanced pitching class that will focus on all aspects of pitching including building arm strength, fielding the position, finding 2nd & 3rd pitches and explosive pitching techniques. Class is designed for Middle School & High School players.

High School Prep Program This High School training is designed to help prepare athletes what to expect from High School coaches and the High School tryout process. Players will work on both physical and mental aspects of hitting, fielding, throwing and speed & strength. Every athlete will learn what it takes to give them the best opportunity to succeed at the High School level. This program will benefit 8th graders by giving them an edge prior to entering High School. It will also help 9th & 10th grade players who are looking to not only make their HS team but get to the next level. This program is the perfect place to refine and enhance your skills and get ready for your HS tryouts. Must be at least in 8th grade to participate in this program.
